To say our team is dedicated to education is an understatement. We are a nationally recognized salon placing us as a top 200 salon by Salon Today. Our staff is well versed in renowned education programs and salon systems that raise the bar for the salon industry. Each stylist that takes our floor will undergo a forty week training program and train with one of our senior educators.
We don't want to just know how to do hair. We want to master our craft. That is why we hand pick elite professionals. These individuals have proven through our program a very valuable competency of hair principles. These individuals have displayed exemplary character and dedication to the salon industry.

~In the hair Industry since 2009 David has a background in Electrical engineering, Truck Driving, Business Development, Life Coaching. He currently practices General Contracting and supports Deja Vous with detailed reporting and inventory management. David has shaped the structure of Deja Vous and has a great ability to get things done behind the scenes. He is a great balance to each artsy team member and offers sound logical business solutions to assist in company growth.
~With 18+ years of experience in the industry Ashleigh has a passion for her craft. Behind the chair is her happy place and it brings her just as much joy as it does her clients. Being Redken Color, Design, & Specialist Certified she specializes in Corrective Color, & Precision Hair Cutting. Her undying passion for hair continues to grow and is a driving force to raise the bar for industry professionals.
David and Ashleigh had a dream come true when Deja Vous was created. The dream was to offer something better. This was a much needed change in the industry. Its sole purpose is to offer a place full of all the resources stylists need to grow a career and do so with compensation levels that reward career oriented stylists.

She has pays great attention to detail. Megan is well rounded in all services yet she specializes in vivid color applications. All of her work is done with care. She offers a gentle salon experience with beautiful results.
